Description
L: 17-19cm; W:38-42cm;
Uncommon species that often goes unnoticed. It has a brown head, with dark bars; upper neck with small brown spots; back dark, with greenish metallic reflections; highlight the longitudinal yellowish stripes on its back; chest light and very streaked with brown; bill brown, dark at the tip. Both sexes similar, the male with the wing slightly larger than the female. Youth:
