Description

It shows a blackish-brown coloration with some greenish reflections on the back; except throat, which is white; the underside of the wings is slightly paler. Crossbow-shaped silhouette, with long pointed wings, forked tail; very short legs and feet with toes pointed forward, prevents them from perching on floors and cables; short, flat bill with a very wide mouth. Both sexes equal. Its entire life cycle can be developed in flight, except nesting. fast and acrobatic flight
