Description
L: 24-25cm; W:28-34cm; Bird with a grey back and pinkish-tinged light underparts; grey head with very thin white eyebrow, black mask; dark wing with a white patch at the base of the primaries and strong, hooked black bill. Both sexes are very similar, with minor differences. The male has an intense black loral stripe, and the female has a mixed grey loral stripe. Juvenile is similar to adult, although it has barred underparts and a bicolour bill.
