Description

L: 14cm; W:20-25cm;

Species without striking characters, with similar plumage for both sexes, not being possible to differentiate them. It has an olive-brown back, lighter in the lower parts, a robust bill and a thin white orbital ring. Juveniles have fresh plumage; greater coverts, at least outer ones, with distinct brownish edge and grey-brown centre.
