Description

L: 18cm; W:26-28cm;

Brown-backed bird; white shoulders; white underparts, bushy with reddish-brown crown and black forehead and mask; wing with a white spot. Barred-brown-grey juveniles differ from other shrikes by the white spot at the base of the primaries.
