Description
L: 18-19cm W: 34-42cm.
Crestless head without crown and marked eyebrow, thick and strong beak. Brown upper part, with light edges, chest with fine stripes and two dark lateral spots sometimes united on the neck like a necklace. Similar plumage in both sexes.
