Description
L: 38-42cm; W: 75-85cm;
Abundant species in very varied wetlands. Both sexes are similar, generally black in color, with a darker head and neck; olive back; black wings ending in a white tip; bill and front gusset white; yellowish green legs. Lighter juveniles, greyish legs.
